The PTDA Project mission is to produce responsible teen drivers by helping them establish and maintain a proper mindset toward driving by using a Say It…Start It…Show It approach.
The project mission is carried out by Driving Schools, Professional Driver Instructor (PDI’s) and Teen Driver Safety Advocates (TDSA’s) who use that approach.
- Say It: Means to say the 7 Driver Vows Pledge out loud to declare their commitment to be a responsible driver.
- Start It: Means to start a written Parent-Teen Diver Agreement (PTDA).
- Show It: Means to carry a 7 Driver Vows Club signature keychain or wear a 7DVC bracelet to show they are a responsible driver.
