In conjunction with our Terms of Service, we grant – free of charge – written authorization/permission to use our trademark logos/emblems, and copyright material to driving schools, public/private schools, businesses, corporations, insurance companies, government/private organizations and entities involved in promoting teen driver safety.
Such authorization/permission however, does not constitute, create or establish any legally binding relationship, contract, B2B agreement, arrangement, or partnership of any kind.
All interaction and/or involvement with us is voluntary and must be stopped upon the issuance of a cease and desist by 7 Driver Vows Club LLC.
3rd PARTY SELLING / WHOLESALE – DISCOUNT PRICING
- Third party selling and wholesale purchases of our merchandise for resale is granted to those who sign up to take part in the PTDA Project.
